The middle of the deal never changes; the ends do. In every direction the licensed seat is the same seat, held by Cloud Motors, and the deal closes at the direction’s own door.

Most of a car deal is not the car. It is the title, the payoff, the taxes, the registration, and the truck, and each of those steps expects a licensed dealer somewhere in the chain. Cloud Motors is that dealer: held by Vin, reached by API, present on the deal so the other parties do not have to be. The doors bring the buyers and sellers. The rail brings the seat.

Vin handles the paperwork lines. You bring funds and/or credit.

In every direction the counterparty provides funds and/or credit, nothing else. Titles, payoffs, taxes, registration, and transport are handled by Vin, each a posted line on one order at commerce.vin.
